I've been lucky to experience no resident issues. Any service requests have been remedied within 24 hours, and they have all been minor. I love my home here!

Cortland has messed... (Verified Renter) Cortland has messed everything up from the get go. When we toured the apartment they had some really nice washer/dryer front load washer set. When we moved in they changed it out. Just another apartment complex just trying to fill vacancies. They recently "updated" their system and knocked my son off of the email list for the rent balances. They cost me/him an extra $150 in late fees. I feel locked in a lease that I had no say in because I certainly could not understand or given a way to Read the small print. The property Wi-Fi does not work all the time and although I switched for one to the other system there still is a lot of ambient noise slowing down the internet in the apartment.
