I enjoyed many days this summer at the beautiful salt-water pool and enjoyed grilling at the patio area. It was so easy to make this apartment feel like home and the staff Are very friendly. I feel welcomed every time Im in the office. The events are fun and I love meeting my neighbors through them!
Cortland Bellevue is... (Verified Renter) Cortland Bellevue is a great place to live. The sleek design of the apartment units offer a bit more than the competitors. Cortland Bellevue has also found the perfect mix of offering luxury and pricing. The apartment offers a lot, design and space wise while maintaining a reasonable price point. If I tried to think of a complaint, I would not be able to find one. The team members working in the leasing office are also all friendly and actually make you feel like a valued resident.
THEY DONT CARE A maintenance man SMASHED into my parked vehicle at the apartment. They took NOOO steps further after calling me to tell me my car had been smashed into!! They DO NOT care about the situation, and did not handle it!!! They told me to file under renters insurance and it was my problem. THEY hit ME!! My CAR, which has nothing to do with renters insurance. So if you want to stay somewhere where you can smash into any car any time and leave it up to the other person at no fault, then, yeah this is the place you sh... read more

I love living... (Verified Renter) I love living here!!! I feels like a permanent vacation. I sold a beautiful home and chose Cortland as my transition home. It was a great decision! I only planned to be here for one year and now I am in my second year. I think they have spoiled me! Resort like living is definitely the way to go and I love all of my neighbors. It is a diverse community and that makes it a happy place.
