It’s the best home life experience in Nashville/ Bellevue without owning your self. Even better then owning a condo or home as all your home repairs and appliance replacements are made by Cortland when necessary and something is not working or broken. They are the best!!

Verified Renter Nice place, employees are nice but rent is too high and not enough security have had packages stolen and my truck broken into. The ceiling above the bathroom leaks and we have had maintenance come fix it 3 times and it still leaks very bad. The gate out front is very bad sometimes it don't work properly and anyone can get in if they have patience it is very easy so it is not a safe and gated community.
