When my first lease was up I even decided to renew and stay here. The pros of living here outweighed the price of me moving. It's close to work, essential stores and the interstate - which makes commuting more convenient.

Verified Renter Overall Cortland Bellevue is just a fabulous residence. Location, the tucked away on a hill surrounded by trees makes one feel as if they live in a vacation area and has a very residential feel to the community. I enjoy it very much and I share my experience with everyone I know.

Verified Renter The management is poor when it comes to upkeep of common areas. There is trash and filth spillage in the common areas, and despite raising it with the management multiple times, there is no action taken to address this issue. Apartment common areas often stink because of this.
The perfect community! I toured two weeks ago and was ready to sign my lease right there. From the time I walked in the door, the staff was super friendly. They even invited me to one of their resident activities!!!! I normally don't leave reviews but since my job start date got pushed back and I don't know when I will be able to apply, I told my leasing person I would help spread the word about my experience. If you are ready for a home, this is the place for you!
