We weren’t fully sold after our first viewing, so we decided to pop back in for a chat to get a better idea of what to expect. Giandavid was absolutely amazing – he took the time to go through everything with us in a calm and patient manner, answering all our questions and doing everything he could to help us secure the apartment we were interested in. I lived at Cortland at Colliers Yard, and while the building is modern and stylish with impressive amenities like a gym, co-working spaces, lounges, and terraces, my overall experience was deeply disappointing and has now escalated into a serious post-tenancy dispute. The location itself is excellent — close to Manchester city centre, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. But beyond the surface, the living experience was frustrating. I recently visited Cortland at Colliers Yard, and I was genuinely impressed, not just by the beautiful apartments, but by the warm and professional welcome from Yasmina, who truly made the experience exceptional. Just moved in last week - great service from all the staff here - couldnt do more for you, amenities and working space are kept to a high standard. Doors are quite sound proof on apartment. Big shout out to the Geordie on the front desk, Talia, and Hashim for making us feel so welome
