I lived at Cortland at Colliers Yard for a year and finally moved out – I would strongly advise avoiding this place. There are serious issues with drug dealers and drug use on the property. The smell of smoke is constant and unpleasant, and the chute rooms are frequently blocked and reek. The reception experience is terrible. The older man at reception is openly discriminatory – often hiding away, refusing to open the door for residents, and treating people differently based on race. Completely unacceptable.
