Roof started sagging after installation. The contractor promised fixes but never showed up. Very unprofessional and unreliable service.
They were recommended by my neighbour. I phoned the office and spoke to a really nice and efficient lady who arranged for an estimator to call. He was so nice and knowledgeable that I got a comfortable feeling about the company. He advised what needed to be done using photographs on his mobile. A quotation was speedily sent out and a accepted. The job was done and we're delighted with it. Highly recommended.
