I had an issue with my hip which needed to be clunk-clicked back into position. Adrian helped reset my hip and gave me a programme to increase my flexibility and strengthen the muscles around the hip. My hip has improved a lot since then and I'm moving again with confidence. I still go back to Adrian once or twice every three months just to stay on top of things. Adrian is friendly, offers a good service and I would have no problem recommending him.
Adrian does an amazing job of just resetting me. Especially after an injury. I leave feeling capable and positive.
I've been going to Adrian for a couple of years now and he has been fantastic. Has helped get rid of the pains in my neck and upper back. As well as being great at his job, he is a very nice person. Would highly recommend.
