Large rooms with microwave and full size refrigerator separated bedroom area was a plus
Found almost 3 dozen cockroaches in our room. After we moved to a different room my 1 year old found another cockroach in there. We left immediately and went to Best Western. They refused to give us our money back. Will never visit again and have posted all the pics online to warn everyone else.
Toilet was broken, the table was broke and leaning, beds were uncomfortable, breakfast area was too small for guests to enjoy their food. Left a day before we were suppose to because it was a so uncomfortable.
