Cockroaches all over the kitchen and bed and bathroom! Didn't have replacement light bulbs for the bathroom! Had to throw food away from microwave because cockroaches got into it! It's 12:49 am and we're leaving because I'm not having my 1 year old be around such a dirty nasty place our sheets weren't clean their was hairs on the sheets! We used to love staying here but it's gone down bad since our last stay! Would not recommend anyone to stay here!
We go to St George several times a year staying 1 to 3 nights each visit. On my first visit and every visit sense, I'm amazed that for $40.00 -$70.00 a night we get a studio apartment. Full kitchen large fridge, microwave, four burner stove w/oven coffee pot. Iron and ironing boards. They have a couple 2 bd. 2 bath units, two queen beds in each room. Well where do I start? DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! This hotel was absolutely gruesome. Very unimpressed. The whole room smelled strongly of urine, mold, & mildew. Mold and mildew were presently seen in the bathroom. Hole in the wall, connected unsafe room. Sheets were filthy and stained. This room has obviously not been cleaned in a long time if not ever. Management was unhelpful and wouldn't refund our money because they said there was no housekeeping staff to replace a single cup that we used in the room, which explains why th... read more
There was bed bugs in both beds and I actually capture them so that they can see what they have here , my arms got bites all over and I have rashes from this hotel , I bought new clothes and my doctor told me that them bugs actually manage to get inside your belongings that I should just wash everything and throw my luggage bag away and buy a new one
Great place and great employees :) it's not the Hilton but a great place to stay.
