Called these guys to come over and quote for a new balustrade to our staircase, wonderful lads came around, really good experience. The quote came in which had to be chased a few times but it did arrive after the third phone call of asking. The quote was very high, materials quoted were high spec but even so it was high, I called on the 10th Feb to ask what could be changed on the quote to bring the price down, as I really liked the guys who came out I was keen to negotiate.
