Spoke to a super helpful lady called Charlene who couldn’t do enough to help , we had a few problems with our booking to port Isaac which meant we wouldn’t have been able to go but Charlene sorted everything for us , she’s an asset to the company Thanks again Scott Wright

The help I received from Charlene was exceptional and very professional my only regret is that I wish I had found the company earlier instead of trawling the internet for two evenings .😀
It's lovely that a real person answers the phone, and quickly, and deals in a friendly and professional way with the caller. We felt Charlene went the extra mile to help sort out our booking and keep us informed of progress. Highly recommended - excellent service.
