Wir waren super zufrieden mit Cornwall Car Hire. Die Kommunikation war gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr geduldig mit uns. Manches haben wir im Vorfeld nicht sofort verstanden, aber jede Frage von uns wurde nett beantwortet. Die Autoübergabe war einfach und kontaktlos. Das Auto wirkte sehr neu und ließ sich super fahren. Die Kommunikation verlief zuletzt über WhatsApp und dadurch sehr direkt. This was the smoothest pick up for a car hire I've had! EVER! Communication was really good and they were great to deal with. They're all small company, so don't do everything quite the same way as the big companies. Don't take this as a downside, just some things took a little longer ( a lot of form filling in advance plus a deposit that they hold until 21 days after you return to cover any fines that you may have incurred) They are clear about it, nothing hidden , just remember it.
