I had to find a new practice after moving and am so relieved that I made a good choice. The practice is lovely, so intentionally designed with separation for dogs and cats and a really calming atmosphere, with lovely people greeting you and your pets and some treats which were appreciated. Came into the vet yesterday very worried about my 9w/o kitten who had an accident with her collar and was bleeding. we had not registered with any vet yet but within 15 minutes we were able to provide details and have my Shirley seen by a very kind vet who checked her over. Reception staff were very helpful and made sure Shirley was seen to even though she said the vets had back to back appointments.
