My husband and I were first time home buyers and had a wonderful experience! Danny and his team were there every step of the way! They were there for late night calls, Friday afternoon requests and well over the weekend! We specifically worked with a loan assistant and as well as Danny, who were extremely personable, and would often contact us just to “check in.” We are grateful for this experience and would use them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone!

Danny and his team will waste no time getting you approved and ready to close. I got my initial UW approval in less than 7 days. I was ready to close in 14 days. Kudos to Tricia and Bridget who really pushed the title company to do their job.

After reviewing multiple lender offers we decided to go with another company for our home loan. The night of our decision we tried contacting Mr. Tokar via phone, text and email. He was aware this was the night we were deciding but didn't text until 10:30pm saying his phone was on silent. The next morning I informed him of our decision to go with another company and he replied with a text message as follows: "Lol okay. Good luck to you. Daniel Tokar and his team were extremely professional and efficient. They had the correct answers to our many, many questions every time and made the whole process go smoothly. We felt at ease with them the entire time and they were always just a phone call away. A first-time home purchase is extremely stressful, but thanks to Danny and his team, everything went well.
