My realtor friend told me one of the most important things about lenders for a home is that they are timely and responsive when you need them to be so you can close on time. The Tokar team was amazing they would return my calls same day or first thing next day, text me for small updates and information, and answered all my questions. The Tokar team just help me close on my new house today. The full process was very easy, smooth and stress free for me. I remember the closing of my first house and it was a nightmare. This time, I just sent the documents that they asked me, I got approved and I just had to sign a few documents. I could not believe it was so simple and we closed this morning. Daniel Tokar and his team are the upmost professional's. They were able to guide me through the loan process virtually stress-free. The knowledge they bring to the table is outstanding. I'm relocating from Colorado to Florida and my previous lender recommended the Tokar Team to me. Danny called me within hours of my former lender sending him my information.
