Daniel was tremendously helpful and patient with us throughout the lending process. It was our first ever mortgage and him and his team were always available to answer questions and help with anything that came up, the whole process from contract signing to closing took 36 days for a VA home loan.
I really appreciate the way we work and the results. The possibility of a multilanguage team and the use of apps for signing and communication made the process faster and non tedious. Thank you!
Danny responded quickly to our initial inquiry, answered all questions patiently, did what he said he would do. The whole team works efficiently, we actually closed earlier than expected. We would definitely use the Tokar Team again.

From the time I met Daniel to the time he sent me my loan approval letter, the process was a mere 19 days! Truly commendable work.
