I can easily say the only truly good experience with anyone in our 6+ month long home buying process was with Danny. He is incredibly responsive, makes sure things are getting done, and ensures that you are getting a good rate. Even when under pressure (at one point we did look elsewhere because our rate had gone up from), he was able to still work with us in a kind and calm manner. I recently had the pleasure of doing business with Cornerstone Home Lending, and Daniel Tokar specifically. As a first time buyer I had numerous questions throughout the process, and often had to ask for subsequent clarification, but Daniel could not have been more patient, professional, and thorough with his explanations. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge base, his phenomenal customer service, and his truly genuine nature. Whenever I have an opportunity to refer friends and family, I will be sending them to Daniel.

Daniel was just amazing, we were referred to him by friends after having a horrible customer experience with another lender and we are so happy we did. He was more than we would have ever expected, he was so helpful, responsive, knowledgable, felxible, just great! Danny was there since day one even on Sunday's. Would recommend to everyone. He gave my wife an I our pre-approve letter and a month later we closed on our new home. And our credit was not the best in the world.

Daniel is THE person you want to handle your mortgage loan when buying a home. Daniel is a very knowledgeable and dedicated loan advisor.
