The Benchmark Mortgage team exceeded my expectations which, admittedly, is difficult to do. I was in a huge time crunch to purchase a home. A gorgeous turnkey home came on the market and had several offers in 1 day. The home was offered by and investment company so their requirement was a 10 day close. I worked with Danny Tokar and his team at Benchmark on a new mortgage loan earlier this year and it was a great experience. We wanted to purchase a 2nd home without selling our current home. Danny and his team were extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
