If I could select a 0 star rating i would. The reason is not the doctors. Once you see a doctor they are excellent. What makes the surgery so poor is the receptionists that have no compassion and they really should not be in the role. Particularly a lady called Hannah. They should really change or give some additional training to those ladies as the service is so extremely dissapointing.
