Diane and Gordon were both wonderful from the start to the end of the tenancy. They are lovely people who always get things sorted promptly and efficiently. Sad to be leaving for a different agency. 10/10.
Definitely the best letting agency I have ever rented from. Diane and Gordon were absolutely brilliant, helpful and quick to respond. There was always a lot of support with any flagged issues, repairs and maintenance. I started renting during a difficult time in my life and at the high point of the pandemic. Ended up staying 4 years in the property they manage and I always felt safe and welcome. Their efforts are very appreciated. Thank you for making me feel at home!
