Update: I took my car to a non VW dealership after VW couldn’t fix my issue and the problem with my car was the rear view mirror (an error) something VW completely could have found if they were competent. Actual review: Took my T6 in for a camera issue thinking that because they are VW they can defo fix it. I was asked if my car had a dash cam, to which I said it does and it’s integrated. Not very nice staff, they don't pay attention to the truck, I always get it back very dirty doesn’t matter it’s a new one.I can clean it, but last time the cabin was full of oil stains... the security guard is not even worth mentioning...

The only thing this place has been consistent with is terrible service. My car spent weeks in their workshop with no proper communication, constant delays, and rising repair costs for problems that were never actually fixed. Instead of honest advice and competent service, I was left out of pocket, without a car for months, and ultimately had to leave VW altogether.
