Hopeless Turned up this morning to be told my appointment is tomorrow, even though they emailed me that it was today. I was told I couldn't take the loan vehicle since I had a dog with me, when I questioned that I was told that I should have known that from when I loaned a vehicle last year, apparently its there in the small print. They failed to send me an email appointment for last Monday so missed that one too. Wasted two hours there and back this morning. I’ve used Cordwallis Bicester a couple of times for servicing of my MAN TGE and have not had an issue but on this occasion I needed to book service brake pads and an auxiliary belt was put through to service department who didn’t even know what an auxiliary belt was was promised a call back to see if they was one in stock never received call back so called back next day spoke to Dale who promised to call back to see if they needed to order one never received call back Cut and long story short called 4 times over 3 days to se... read more
