For being a first time buyer they made my experience very easy and the were very patient with me! Clark the salesman helping was absolutely amazing to work with! He made me feel very comfortable and very welcomed. So glad that they were my first choice!
I had the privildge of working with Joe D. It was a wonderful experiance through the whole process! Joe D listened to my wants and needs and found us the perfect vehicle! The finance guys were attentive and worked to keep the monthly payments within my budget! I will be purchasing all my future vehicles through the superstore! Joe Vogt was great to work with! He was informative and patient, yet made me feel at ease being single and making such a huge purpose in my own. We actually laughed a lot during the process. I visited several car lots, GRANT WEAVER was extremely nice and NOT pushy. He listened to what I was looking for, he found it at their lot in Cedar Rapids. He had it brought to the Coralville store for me to test drive, and because my husband has long work hours and we found it hard to get him to come look at the car they let me take it home for the night.... 3 days later that car was MINE !! Clark is awesome! I definitely recommend him. Was in a bind and needed a car with not so good credit and he made the whole process fun and enjoyable! Jake and Andy helped a bunch too! Will definitely be returning to Clark for my next car
Summary: Raymond is the best! I was dreading my first car-buying experience, since car salesmen have a reputation of being really condescending to women, but Raymond was the complete opposite of that. We had checked out several dealerships and then we came to the Coralville Superstore. We were lucky to find Tim to help us. We told him what we wanted. They didn't have exactly what we wanted there but he found it at their store in Cedar Rapids. Took us there and brought car back to his store. Then it's history. He is a great salesman. On Monday May 1st,2017 Colin was very friendly and helpful with my selection of GMC 2014 Sierra Truck while waiting for paperwork to be finished Colin took the time make sure I was comfortable and if need a drink we had very nice conversation that made me feel relax and stress free with my purchase. Very friendly out going young man who knows his job and treats his customers with respect.
