RecommendedFound the suv we were interested in at the Hiawatha Mcgrath and they offered to take it to the Coralville super store so we didn't have to travel so far which impressed us, then at Coralville Mario was our salesman he was very nice and friendly answered our questions and asked us questions to help us out and made us feel comfortable. Everyone we encountered that day was friendly and made us feel at ease. We love our car!

Joe Vogt is the best! He personally got the truck I was interested in the very next morning when they didn't have it on the lot. He was very pleasant and easy to work with throughout the whole deal. Can't recommend him enough! Even better, the dealership made things right when the vehicle had an issue a couple weeks after I got it. They were under no obligation whatsoever to help me out, but they did anyway! 5/5 check this place out if you need a used vehicle!

Tried to buy a vehicle from there, first time I went there ..it’s an hour and a half drive..they didn’t have to car on the lot (not a huge deal since I didn’t call ahead to say I was coming to look at it). Made an appt. for 5 days later to come look at the truck (my next day off). Get almost halfway there get a call that the car was not on the lot and for me not to come up that day...ummm I’m already driving there! Took my cash and went to a different dealer and drove away with a vehicle in 2 hours. 🤷♂️
We had a great experience at the Coralville store with Tim. He brought in trucks from Cedar Rapids on the same day with no hassles. (We had issues with that at Billion - they expected us to commit to a truck (with money down) before seeing it in person.) McGrath was much easier to deal with and there were no hidden costs or changed trade-in value - what they said was what we got. (Another issue we had at Billion.) We love our truck and Tim was great to work with! We would definitely work with them again.
I purchased my car here 2.5 years ago, and love my car!! It was such an easy process. I was in and out, no problem. Recently, my husband and I walked in with some questions about the trade in process. Zach and Mike were friendly, professional, straight to the point, and ethical. We both agreed that we’ve never had that kind of experience. This team to LEGIT! They will get you what you want, quickly. They will also advise you to do what’s best and have your back. I won’t buy anywhere else! You guys rock!
