We had great customer service from Zach and Allie! Actually everyone we encountered was kind and patient with my 4 year old during the process of getting a new car. Good music in the dealership was a major plus too. Definitely recommend and will be back in the future!

poor quality vehicles. customer service is fine. I bought a Kia Forte that had to have a new starter after owning it 2 days. The next week or so the engine was labeled total and the engine had to be replaced . I decide to work with the dealership and buy a different vehicle from Coralville instead. Two months later the suspension had to be replaced and now the radio has stopped working completely and even though I bought extended warranty coverage they told me they can’t help me.
