RecommendedI was greeted very well by the entire staff as soon as i got to the dealership, and a huge Shout out to Zach Roberts -my salesman he listened to everything i was saying and wanted in a vechicle, very professional and made my experience great!!!! Zach Roberts is a super awesome guy. A natural. We never felt rushed or pressured. He took his time and let us take ours. I'm an indecisive buyer and it does take me some time- so Zach was great with letting me do that. Thanks Zach! Allie and Jake are also great to work with! At first we thought the overall experience was good. Zach helped us with our purchase. He was very nice and professional. He agreed to buff out the scratches in the rear window or replace the glass and contact our local Ford store so we could get the code for the vehicle. However, when we showed up at the Ford dealership, they had not received a call from Zach and did not know why we were there.
