I've been to a lot of dealerships in the past few months looking at cars. Jeff, Joe, and everyone at the Coralville Used Car Superstore were great to work with! We had a great experience and bought the car we went there for. There was no pressure, negotiations were quick and painless, and they were SO nice! Definitely coming back!
I am really having a hard time with this dealership. I know my credit is not good but it has really improved in the last 6 months. They didn't listen to anything I had to say. Wanted something in a certain price range and they tried to get me to buy one for twice that amount! WTH!! Came in to look at a van that they advertised. We called a couple hours before making the 50 min. Trip with our 3 kids to make sure they still had it. Was told they had it still, we gave em our credit info to get the ball rolling before we got there. We arrived and they told us the van had sold, was shipped to Davenport at around 10:30 that morning.
