Coppersmith are an amazing company to deal with. The basin that we had ordered, copper with nickel coating, was stunning. But we had stored the basin for a few months while renovating the bathroom, when we brought it out the nickel was coming off. We emailed the company with photos, and they sent us a replacement within days. Outstanding customer service.
