Very disappointing service. I went for tear trough filler with Jo. In the first appointment I barely noticed any corrective difference and said at the time it was hardly noticeable. She explained that we should start little. So I booked another appointment. After the second appointment more work still needed to be done. I had a consultation recently with Mr Smith re: upper blepharoplasty. I had wanted this procedure done for many years and had taken lots of time to research clinics anf surgeons. The clinic was very calm and reception staff very welcoming. I found Mr Smith to be very professional, approachable, and personable. He fully explained the procedure and risks/healing journey. I have received 6 sessions of facial laser hair removal over the past six months with Janine. I have seen a remarkable reduction in dark facial hair since beginning the sessions.
