Terrible company they are holding up the chain not responding to emails etc
Wanted to buy an house off people trying to use these and they killed the chain and resulted in me losing £2k in survey and solicitor costs. Avoid them at all costs. Business should be shutdown
I have just bought a house that I pay my ground rent to ths company. I have made 5 phones and 3 emails to get their bank details. I better not get a late payment charge. Its ridiculous how a company can be run like this. Doesn't deserve 1 star but unfortunately wont let me post with none. UPDATE I did make 2 more calls and eventually got an answer. £1 charge added to pay them by a direct payment/bank transfer. Another update to this horrific company my home insurance is supposed to be approved in Jan which I pay £45 for this... read more
