Expensive facilities, be prepaired to get two or nore bills for one visit. Customer service is lacking in the Poconos and Wind gap offices starting from front desk reception and medical assistants. I have observed that staff is not polite or attentive to patients needs. And everyone is more focused on their phones than on patient.
