They are money hungry the worst service ever two years ago they stop my treatment because I have high deductible and when they figured out that you are not native speaker they took advantage of you and they do not have time to explain that to me !! I was in pain I can not sleep or walk!!!
they charge for the facility and the provider. so a visit that would be 30 dollars ended up being TWICE that amount! Would not recommend! Poor mentioning of this when you go there. When I made appointment in office did not mention!! It's called provider based billing. So if you want to pay double go there! Rip off! They even settled out of court I read for the same thing!

By far the THE worst in the area! I sat waiting in room for Dr Diorio for one hour 10 minutes and he never even came in, a nurse did. But the nurses all threw him under the bus stating he’s notorious always late. Than They cancelled my operation in Feb. one week before op and call 3 weeks later to reschedule. My elbow is much worse then before the operation, more pain, never resolved issues. This place hands down also lacks customer service skills, PERIOD!
Three times I have went into a location and was turned away because my appointment was wrong. There front desk personnel are rude. Unfortunately, the doctor has been my kids doctor for years and love her. I don’t have time to deal with being turned for mistakes on their part. I guess my time is not valuable
Dr Emanski listens and is very caring. His staff is very friendly. One request would be the direct phone number to the Pittston office, so you don’t have to get transferred around.
I recommend it highly! My surgeon, Dr. Luchetti, is awesome. He’s everything a doctor should be. He really cares about his patients and is a great surgeon and person. The nurses were caring and very informative. PA’s and other staff were all great too. When you are in pain, treating people with a caring and a smile means a lot. Very satisfied.
