I strongly advise against engaging with this company. My mother, a retired individual, had a regrettable experience with them. Please be extra cautious if using this company to let your property, particularly if they offer you one of their ‘guaranteed rent’ agreements. The reality is that the rent is not ‘guaranteed’ and in my case I was left with a property in a very poor state and with various items missing and that Coopers failed to ensure were added correctly to the inventory.
