My 95 year old mother called as her a/c stopped working. It was $159 to come immediately or if she wanted to wait 2 days, it would be $50 less. Really? To replace a $30 capacitor, the total cost was almost $600 which is a total rip off. My company charges $149 to come out & replace it. I left messages since yesterday for the owner or manager of the place and finally a service manager called and basically doesn't care & cannot do anything. They are ripping people off.

Coopers came out and installed our AC and they did amazing job. They were the best priced and gave the best value. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or AC needs!

I have spent $11,000.00 having a new heat and air system installed and in addition, spent $800.00 for an extra 10 year warranty. The ** is a very large ****. The first summer the system broke down and it took 2 weeks for the part to come in. The heat was unbearable. I was forced to spend $1,000.00 to have two window units installed waiting on the York! Always had great service in a timely manner from the HVAC part of Cooper. First time with the plumbing side and the technician (Joe) was just as efficient in his inspection. Always friendly service personnel from the phones to the technicians. Would highly recommend this company for all HVAC and Plumbing needs.

Did a bait and switch Thought that they would give me a quote to do the repair but was just a way to get $159.00 out of me by over bidding and and not doing anything.They have no accountability.
The entire experience was top notch. From the service and installation to the follow-up. **** and ****** were so knowledgeable and professional!This company really stands behind their work! I have told everyone I know about this company

After spending thousands on a new HVAC from ********, the condenser broke after less than 5 years. It was still covered under warranty, so I wasn't too worried. ******** managed to charge me $3,000 for an hour and a half of labor to replace it. They were unable to provide a detailed breakdown of why it cost so much. There were also consistency issues - the salesperson quoted this price, the technicians assured us it was under warranty and free, and then the enormous and nonsensical **** arrived.
