After spending thousands on a new HVAC from ********, the condenser broke after less than 5 years. It was still covered under warranty, so I wasn't too worried. ******** managed to charge me $3,000 for an hour and a half of labor to replace it. They were unable to provide a detailed breakdown of why it cost so much. There were also consistency issues - the salesperson quoted this price, the technicians assured us it was under warranty and free, and then the enormous and nonsensical **** arrived.

Overall completely satisfied with the service of ****** H&A. They are superb to work with and super friendly. The techs I have had doing work for me were knowledgeable and courteous, very thorough in the performance of their task. We are new to the area and they remind of the company I used at home in Tn. I would highly recommended their service to anyone needing HVAC work. Thanks for your completing the work in a timely manner.
