He took pictures and advised me of all this work that my HVAC allegedly needed. He was supposed to provide me with the results, which I have not received. I had another company come out to get a second opinion and I was advised that I do not need anything done to the unit. My ****** review says it all: 1 month update (1/17/2025): The reply here said someone would contact me. So far nothing, altho I did get a text asking if I would be available (a week ago) for someone to come out for an inspection. I replied I was available that week but ******** never again contacted me. I don't know what one has to do to get this company to fix what they failed to do at the initial installation and follow-ups, but I do NOT recommend this company for any HVAC work. Call Coopers up on a Sunday because my air conditioner was broken. They came out within an hour and diagnosed the issue that my unit was out of refrigerant. Terrible situation to be in but the technician recommended. I change out my air conditioner. They immediately sent out ****** C and he came out within the hour, show me multiple options and allowed me to pick out which one had the best value for my needs. My 95 year old mother called as her a/c stopped working. It was $159 to come immediately or if she wanted to wait 2 days, it would be $50 less. Really? To replace a $30 capacitor, the total cost was almost $600 which is a total rip off. My company charges $149 to come out & replace it. I left messages since yesterday for the owner or manager of the place and finally a service manager called and basically doesn't care & cannot do anything. They are ripping people off.

Coopers came out and installed our AC and they did amazing job. They were the best priced and gave the best value. I highly recommend them for any plumbing or AC needs!

I have spent $11,000.00 having a new heat and air system installed and in addition, spent $800.00 for an extra 10 year warranty. The ** is a very large ****. The first summer the system broke down and it took 2 weeks for the part to come in. The heat was unbearable. I was forced to spend $1,000.00 to have two window units installed waiting on the York! Always had great service in a timely manner from the HVAC part of Cooper. First time with the plumbing side and the technician (Joe) was just as efficient in his inspection. Always friendly service personnel from the phones to the technicians. Would highly recommend this company for all HVAC and Plumbing needs.
