After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. Had a great lunch yesterday and went back for a wonderful evening tonight ! Amazing staff !!! Delicious wine !!! Fantastic food and tasty dessert!!!
Our server last night was Gary. We had 8:00 reservations and were seated promptly. Gary was on top of it and super nice. He made great recommendations and was attentive to our table.
We got our lunch to go everything was so yummy! I had the jambalaya. They checked our order to make sure nothing was missing. The only think they forgot was the silverware. I want to try everything my coworkers got to which was Mediterranean shrimp salad(my coworker had it with salmon), crab and lobster bisque, caprese flatbread, crispy Brussel sprouts and pretzel bread!
AWESOME White Flight and the Parmesan Crusted Chicken entree was AMAZING!!!!
Wonderful food and service! We went last night for our anniversary and enjoyed our visit thoroughly! The only thing I was surprised about was that my reservations commented that it was our 10 yr anniversary and there was no mention of it while we were there. That would have been a nice touch!

I went to Cooper's Hawk last night with my parents and we fully enjoyed our experience. The food was correct, tasty and the right temperature right as it arrived. Our server's name was Cory and he was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to the needs of the table. I will most definitely make a return trip and recommend this server to all my friends and family.
It was ok? We have had better wait staff and they changed the menu
