Excellent Service...Excellent food....,Excellent wine
Went to Cooper's Hawk last night to celebrate our daughters new job. We sat in the bar after our wine tasting. Siad was the sweetest waiter and we hope to have him next time we dine.
It was so crowded & very busy (of course being a weekend/holiday to be expected) but I can't complain about the "Sweet Red" wine and the food we ate..... so delicious!!
Been member since opening of this site. Staff are very nice. Always too crowded.we have two memberships and rarely are able to take advantage of the free tastings or offers allotted to member due to the over crowding. Food and wine are just ok. Was just there had to wait 30 minutes for tasting , we didn't mind because there was an hour wait for table. We then had to squeeze between two groups on their second and third tastings. we ended up leaving midtasting due to lack of service and crowd. They need to find a better way to... read more

Phenomenal place - cannot recommend it more. Excellent wine tasting followed by a delicious 3-course meal and great service.
It's simply our place every month! The wine is delicious the Aviance is amazing and the food is the most delicious I've tasted in this state.
Love the staff. Food was great. Coming at least once a month. Great experience.
It was a surprise anniversary dinner with my boyfriend and I loved the experience. The wine tasting was awesome, our server gave me great reccomendations for a variety of sweet wines from whites to reds. The food was a dream come true and the atmosphere was intimate and carefree. My first time definitely won't be my last.
