After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. My Favorite Restaurant, I had a wonderful birthday �� celebration this past Sunday at the Naperville, Il location ... I absolutely Love & had my regular, the Lobster bisque soup �� Jambalaya & Sweet red flight ���� They even let us bring a cake �in that they brought out after dinner with the candles lit... I Had a Wonderful Birthday Dinner with friends and family �

I hear the Barrington location is best! The filet was small overly salted! Wildfire is by far better!
Restaurant service was very good and food was delicious. However when I stopped to pick up my monthly bottle of wine there was NO service. I was acknowledged when I got to the counter however I was then ignored. One person was tasting with two people helping him. I was obviously an annoyance so I left, with not a word from either woman working the wine counter. As a wine club member I find this unacceptable.

My boyfriend and I just dined at Cooper's Hawk for the second time. The food was pretty good but most definitely over priced for the size portions that you get. I know plenty of other restaurants where if I were to spend the same amount of money I would be walking out with a ton of leftovers while being full. Everybody raved about the mexican drunken shrimp. Great Wine Club. So many perks. Our wine tasting host was excellent. I think was her name was Posh. The wines we had were excellent. Big on flavor, very nice reds. Try the Nightjar.
Last night was Christmas Eve, our reservation was for 6:30, we didn't wait long for our table. Our experience, from start to finish was outstanding, from service, to food. We ordered 2 apps, the tostadas, and the Egg rolls, totally delish, dinner was just as good, I ordered the Gnocchi Carbonara, my friend and my husband ordered the Parmesan Encrusted Chicken (ALWAYS order extra sauce), and her husband ordered a turf and surf (steak and shrimp).
