After four years of planning and construction, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant opened in 2005 in Orland Park, a south suburb of Chicago. The concept was unique. Great food and drinks! Waitress was very sweet. Very fast service.
Deplorable service I’m still trying to figure why I was sat all the way across the patio away from the other white patrons. Oh and don’t forget they ensured I had a black waiter with and attitude I will never patronize this location again
The service was extremely slow. We made reservations and after showing us our table the server assigned to us pretty much forgot about us already. I had to flag down another server to take our orders. The food was good , the price was right for the serving size
Usually I love Coopers Hawk especially the NAPERVILLE, IL location. Yesterday when I was there it seemed like there was one problem after the other and was told once they were short handed but then another employee stated they were not short handed, I had to ask multiple times for different things and even from different people, my meal was ok but my friends crab cake had a few sharp bone slivers in it causing him to cut his mouth.
