Very disappointed in the service of this firm. No communication, no customer care. They sit on the documents for weeks with absolutely no action. Looking at the other reviews left here by clients, it seems that the service depends a lot on which individual at the firm is on your case. I wish we had gone for Nicola or one of the other consistently recommended people,and not the dud we had. They are more expensive than other solicitors in the area. I'm going to reserve judgment until our case is concluded. Our civil litigation has dragged on for an inordinate amount of time, with nearly £20,000 spent and still no light at the end of the tunnel. It’s taken so long that the defendant has passed away, and this has only made things worse. Lives have been placed on hold. Much of this delay stems from the completely broken and ineffectual legal system we have in this country.
