One of the medical assistant named Vy Le she almost got my grandma died and the doctor save her life and she tried to kill her again by stoked her to dead once night I was left the door. Please fire her as soon as possible thank you or my grandma will make a complaint record ok!!! We are not happy of what VY le did .

I was admitted to the ICU on July 9th and discharged from Pavillion 7 on July 15. I had a massive cerebral stroke. I was discharged with absolutly no instructions whatsoever. I have called cooper many times since my discharge asking for help. I didn't even get any doctors numbers for follow ups nothing. I do not know when I am allowed to return to work, when can I drive...etc... I need answers asap. Please direct me with whom I can get these answers from. JUST DON'T COME HERE And I also feel bad for the employees because they can't even go to see a doctor a few times without getting a memo threatening their jobs. They just don't care.

I have to say Cooper University Health Care is by far the best local hospital I have ever been treated by. Their entire staff, from schedulers, intake personnel and receptionists, doctors, nurses, physicians assistants, anesthesiologists and so many others are the friendliest and most accommodating people, far surpassing other local hospitals. The hospital is well maintained and clean. I consistently receive excellent public relations and superior care. Makes me not ever want to go anywhere else.

I recently had a stroke while on vacation and had an excellent experience at Cooper. Being away from home and your Drs is scary. But my experience was great I was in icuand the staff was so helpful and pleasent

Received a bill in the mail for radiation treatment for my stepfather. He passed away a day prior to his scheduled first treatment. Sent over by fax and mail the paperwork needed to discuss his billing. People have discussed it prior with my mother and with no issues. But for some reason today nothing was on file stating that she could discuss the bill with them. Since it is an issue and he was on Medicare and they paid a bill for services not rendered. We will be calling the fraud department to report the billing.

Hospital itself is good; however Emergency room is horrible, from security to registration. There was an elderly lady sitting in the waiting room. She needed cane or wheelchair to go to bathroom. She yelled and begged and they ignored her. Someone else also made them aware. Still ignored. Needless to say, she urinated on herself and sat in it for a long time. Just Horrible!!!

I don't know about the hospital itself as I haven't been there in years thanks to the parking. I do not however recommend their PCP's. It's almost impossible to get an appointment when you need one. They tell you to use Urgent Care where in the past they did such a poor job that I ended up having to see my PCP in even worse shape. Just now, this past week, I have a bad infection in my leg that I can barely go anywhere or do anything. After 2 weeks of low dosage meds one dr. finally put me on something stronger.
