on August 7 I was admitted to the hospital for a head injury. the nurses and doctors were very professional even when I said no covid -19 test. it got done cause of the nurse and comfort of the army guy. the doctor was awesome. and I thank the guy for holding my hand through the stitches. thank you cooper
Just came home from a trip to the Er tonight for a suspected obstruction. Huge thanks to my ER nurse Selena she was the nicest nurse I have ever had in an Er and unfortunately I have been in many. Thank you to all the staff and doctors.
I called Steven Kaufman's office yesterday ( August 31)about a serious issue with my diabetes (did not rise quite to the level of emergency) so I wanted to receive h elp from his office. No one reached out to me yesterday. I spoke to the office manage today and detailed my frustrations and was assured I would get assistance with the help I needed. I have always had positive experiences with all Cooper doctors and staff. The one complaint I have is that one can’t call the offices directly. This makes me hesitate before choosing Cooper’s providers. I want to be able to call offices directly instead of waiting for a call back or to schedule an appointment.
came to the er cuz my child passed out and was shaking. First the Dr. forgot about us and then another Dr came in ACTUALLY told me I'm sorry but we can't do anything for her. Just call 911 if she continues to stop breathing. Her EEG isnt untill sept 1 and today is Aug. 19. This place don't care about people there all about the money. Save ur Life go somewhere else
Would not recommend! Horrible place to be !
