My OB is amazing, however, the ENT department with Cooper is less than desirable. Terrible experience on multiple occasions. Will not be returning to cooper except for their OBGYN.

horrendous experience and it isn't over yet. They have rescheduled my surgery 3 times in the last 5 days and I have surgery this Monday and I was approved for 2 surgeries and I was told that I need both but the two departments could not work together to find a date that would work for both doctors and I was told Friday afternoon that I can only have one of my surgeries done on Monday because I can't wait any longer and the second department could not find time to do it until NEXT YEAR!!
