I had such a great experience in my 2 night stay at Cooper . I had 2 surgeries in 24 hours and no visitors due to COVID , everyone from patient services to the CCT’s, the nurses on Pavillion 8th floor . Food service was great , my room was beautiful. My surgical team amazing Dr . Loveland -Jones and Dr . Bonawitz from MD Anderson Been a God send to me through this . Thank you all for making a rough time for me better.
Went today for a CTA and everyone in the B Level was great. Nora, Rachel, Patty and Joe were very professional and all around great. Love Cooper as they have taken care of my father first class and now me. Thank you!
my boyfriend was born with a kidney disease and went to the er in distress and severe pain. he also suffers from depression and anxiety. his nurses were very rude and tried to intimidate him. when he was asmed to describe his pain in numbers he said 7 but they wrote 4, he was bullied into taking a medication that he had problems with on the past, even after he tried to tell them this. thdy never applied his lidocaine go his fistula 30 minutes prior to dialysis even after he kept bugging them about it. During the hiring process, if someone smells like poop, that's a sign that they don't care about themselves. Therefore, they most definitely don't care about others and should not be working in a hospital

My little brother died in their hands the other day because they set him to the side and after he told them he was sick they never came to o check on him and when they did he was going unresponsive. U lost my brother behind prejudice and bias among camden residents and anyone who doesn’t look important enough to receive first class treatment m. You lied and said my brother came in drunk when in fact he didnt. He told u he was sick and u left him to die and now I don’t have my brother and this isn’t the end of this

my mother of 48 has been having issues with seizures which are considered medical emergency. they have been apart of a magnesium deficiency she developed due to probable kidney disease. that story doesn't matter, but what matters is how the doctor she had treated her. my mom with prior medical knowledge knew she needed fluids. the doctor flat out refused to give her fluids and told her there is nothing they could do for her and sent her home. this has happened before also. she requested fluids for her imbalance and was refus... read more
Just had a great experience with a Nurse Practitioner named Sheryl Wilson. My Father has been on the older side of the building and I have felt lost because of the no visitors policy, and I missed when the doctor called earlier. I called 3 times for help and she was nice enough to call me on a Saturday night, answered all of my questions and seemed like she cared about my Dad. it was nice to know personal attention is still there even with this virus going on. the nurses even let me drop something off for Dad! thank you Coop... read more
