RecommendedDr Bruneau and Dr Hancq listen to what I have to say with true concern. They are efficient, but I never feel rushed. They are aware of your physical and emotional being. I feel confident with their care.
RecommendedI have to say Cooper University Health Care is by far the best local hospital I have ever been treated by. Their entire staff, from schedulers, intake personnel and receptionists, doctors, nurses, physicians assistants, anesthesiologists and so many others are the friendliest and most accommodating people, far surpassing other local hospitals. The hospital is well maintained and clean. I consistently receive excellent public relations and superior care. Makes me not ever want to go anywhere else.

RecommendedCaring service from the staff and doctors. Clean waiting room and appointment rooms. Never had to wait too long for my appointment Dr. Hancq is a great family doctor because of her personalized approach to care. I always feel that my concerns are heard and understood. Well run office.
Received a bill in the mail for radiation treatment for my stepfather. He passed away a day prior to his scheduled first treatment. Sent over by fax and mail the paperwork needed to discuss his billing. People have discussed it prior with my mother and with no issues. But for some reason today nothing was on file stating that she could discuss the bill with them. Since it is an issue and he was on Medicare and they paid a bill for services not rendered. We will be calling the fraud department to report the billing.

RecommendedHospital itself is good; however Emergency room is horrible, from security to registration. There was an elderly lady sitting in the waiting room. She needed cane or wheelchair to go to bathroom. She yelled and begged and they ignored her. Someone else also made them aware. Still ignored. Needless to say, she urinated on herself and sat in it for a long time. Just Horrible!!!
I don't know about the hospital itself as I haven't been there in years thanks to the parking. I do not however recommend their PCP's. It's almost impossible to get an appointment when you need one. They tell you to use Urgent Care where in the past they did such a poor job that I ended up having to see my PCP in even worse shape. Just now, this past week, I have a bad infection in my leg that I can barely go anywhere or do anything. After 2 weeks of low dosage meds one dr. finally put me on something stronger.
