We got there at 8pm an didn't waited on until 1am an still didn't get out until 5am they really are a joke
One of the worst experiences I've had in my life! And, I'm still here! Went in for emergency service and contracted c diff. Spent several days on 7th floor with a woman who should have been in a psych and that's no exaggeration. Finally they moved me into isolation. Can't wait for the billing! I did have a Technician named Toya who was very caring and sympathetic to my needs.
My daughter is a high risk delivery and was sent there yesterday at 7pm. Her and the baby have been put on "hold"since 11am this am when she was ready to deliver. This now puts them in grave danger. This is not going to end well for all concerned because should anything happen to either one of them...
They always take forever to call you and my son been in out since he was little and maybe 2 times out of them all he was seen at decent time frame. Need better front desk service they be talking to much about there own issues then the patient like hello I need help not your business or attitude.
Worse hospital ever emergency room staff are very rude and do not now how to talk to there patients
Will never go there again wouldn't take my dog there, was sent there from my accident so I would get taking care of faster well got there nurse looked at me and said but him in the hall. They didn't even clean the blood off of me till 3 hrs later then my wife had to do it all the blood and the glass out of my head we r home now and she still digging glass out of my head, gonna have to go to Elmer hospital cause I don't trust them guys at all
My experience was great. The nurse Comfort on CDU was great.
Im here now and if it wasnt for Cooper idk how my 1 month baby health wouldve been. I appreciate all staff and Doctors they are the best.
