Stop charging "facility fees" so that people can afford to get care. My insurance doesn't pick this up despite what your customer service people seem to think and it comes directly out of my pocket. I can't afford my follow up care at MD Anderson. Fabulous.
I’ve called twice this morning about bringing my son in who has hives all over his body. My older son has strep throat so I suspect that he has it as well. Well apparently, the nurse needs to call me back first. They will not make me an appointment. It’s been 2 hours. I’m about to just take him to urgent care! Once I get different insurance, I’m transferring all of my kids somewhere else. Its always impossible to make an appointment here 🤬🤬🤬

RecommendedMy daughter had bariatric surgery at Cooper Hospital this week. I cannot express enough the level of care that she received. Everyone from the doctors to the nurses and staff were so caring, attentive and accommodating. I will never go anywhere but Cooper in the future. They are truly the best!
RecommendedMost amazing hospital I have EVER been to. Just moved over from PA, and my 13 month old son was having trouble breathing. Walked into the ER, they took us back immediately. Stayed the night into the next night and was so amazed how the doctors, nurses and staff treated my son. My fiancé has been waiting to be seen by Dr. Steven McClane for a few months. They said it was the soonest they could fit her in. She has been in pain since then. 2 weeks ago she received a call just before close of business, the day before her appointment in the morning, cancelling on her. RecommendedI have been with cooper for awhile it's seem like I can't get away since my double mastectomy but most recently I have been dealing with pain management to help me though my back issue they been to me except for these last few vist I feel like they are getting tired of me I'm not feeling good about it
RecommendedGreat patient /doctor relationship. All the staff made me feel comfortable and open to talk about all my medical needs. I'm happy every time I go there.
