I have been going to Dr. Marie Louis who is a Cooper Doctor (PCP). I had a headache every day for 2 months. She said it was a sinus problem even though I had no sinus issues. She told me to use Flonase. Used it and it did not help. Went back to her. She gave me medication for headaches with caffeine in it. Also my blood pressure was very high on both occasions but she ignored that. I took the pills she gave me the next day because I had a headache and it got so bad I had to go to the ER. Been here since Monday now its sun had rest of femur replaced hip section and on Thursday I ask for a save bathroom chair but still have not got one in my room or anywhere close. Can't bend hip that much to sit on toilet.. I a big guy in pain and don't want to use a bedpan. This is just wrong
Waiting in the er for over 2 hours waiting for a private room while at least 20 people get seen that have been here after my daughter.
Dr. Luciano is a phenomenal surgeon and human being! He performed an open heart quadruple bypass on my father. Beforehand, he took a great deal of time explaining things, showing pictures, and letting us know his passion for what he does. He is extremely thorough and uses his occupation as an art. He takes his time and, well, he gave my father another chance at life. He was very much in-touch and personable too! I am very grateful! Extraordinary professional! He has an excellent staff also! Thank you Dr. Luciano!
The walk-in ER is awful. There were 4 people waiting when we walked in and after 2.5 hours, we were never seen. Seemed like every junkie that walks in gets to skip the line.
