I had a great visit with Marianne Alexander here but I am very upset about the billing practices of this office. Like a lot of the other reviews say this place will completely rip you off. I went in for what I thought was my annual check up but I was told that because I mentioned mental and physical health concerns to Marianne Alexander that it was no longer considered my annual check up. RecommendedAlways great service from two caring, knowledgeable doctors. I truly believe that female doctors are much more attentive and insightful to patients in general and these are two of the best. I highly recommend them!
RecommendedI was fortunate to have my Dexa Scan done as a walk-in. Thanks Melissa! Only one concern...I did not have to change into a patient's gown. Wondering if my jeans will cause ineffective reading from zipper and buttons on jeans.
You can't be seen when you sick for months out for appointment.
horrendous experience and it isn't over yet. They have rescheduled my surgery 3 times in the last 5 days and I have surgery this Monday and I was approved for 2 surgeries and I was told that I need both but the two departments could not work together to find a date that would work for both doctors and I was told Friday afternoon that I can only have one of my surgeries done on Monday because I can't wait any longer and the second department could not find time to do it until NEXT YEAR!! RecommendedI just wanted to say I am very lucky and proud to be a part of the Cooper family. I took my husband in today for SDS to get epidural injections by our Pain management team, and let me tell you it was a great experience. Everyone was great and so professional. His Nurse Daria was a sweetheart and his other nurse Kathy was also great. I cannot forget Dr Sehdev, he is so caring and thorough, it was truly a great experience.
