What does it say when Cooper University Hospital won’t respond to our requests for information after our mother dies unexpectedly in their care at Cooper University Hospital. We live out of town and are trying to get information regarding our monther’s sudden passing. What are they hiding? Why won’t they have the appropriate people talk to us? Horribly inept incompetent organization. Cannot get any assistance from any of the office staff unless you post negative comments on social media. They change billing systems and cannot manage to apply a prepayment to an outstanding charge but can send me to collections even after i wrote to them and sent a copy of my account showing no amount due with the prepayment. If I could rate zero stars I would. I took my husband into the ER with extreme abdominal pain, he was in so much pain he was falling over and could not even talk so he leaned over to the first seat he saw and the rude security woman said to get him off her chair, like really? The man couldn’t even walk! Then I’m told by the rude counter staff to get a wheel chair which I did and I wheeled my husband to a corner. Cooper did a phenomenal job while my son was there for a few short days following the surgical removal of a nail from his hand. The nurses on floor 7 were amazing, especially Taylor and Emily. Dr. Franco and his team were so nice and explained the process well! The ladies from child life were the sweetest. My son had quite a few teams working on his treatment and they all exceeding my expectations making sure he was comfortable and healing nicely! Thank you all for your hard work!

My wife had our baby the room was cold no heat the nurse is very fucking rude. If my daughter get sick ( new born) it's because these rooms are like a refrigerator and they are so fucking lazy and need to be respectful to people. I wish I can get nurse Diane fired and her two co workers because all three is wrong

I have Bern using cooper health care system since 1987 due to chronic health issues. Quality has gone down hill mainly in the administrative and running to lean on employees. Fired my cooper family Dr today....never done that in 35 yrs of health issues. Dr Patel in the brace rd office is high unprofessional and disrespect to his patients and staff.

I am sitting in the emergency room at this present moment with my 3 yr old child. We have been in this emergency room for over 3 hours. They haven’t called a child’s name to the back in over 3 hours. My son is running a temperature of 103 and rising and we are getting no help. This has honestly got to be the worst ER in Jersey. All they show you on the news and commercials and billboards are all the good things but come on down to this emergency department and get some opinions from the actual patients.
